How do I make a class booking?
Class bookings may be made online up to seven days in advance. You must have an existing valid class pass to book a class online. Otherwise, you'll have to give us a call or drop us an email. If this is your first visit to Upside Motion, you will need to call or email us to book your first class after creating your online profile.
We recommend Upsiders to sign up for a class-pass with us, not just for the savings you will receive, but also to keep you disciplined and dedicated to make fitness on top of your priorities. Maintaining a valid class-pass also allows you to make class bookings online. However, there is always the option for you to pay-as-you-go with our single drop-in rate.
We all like to be responsible for our own schedules, and we are putting the responsibility to book your classes in your hands. We have made it mighty easy for you to do so through our online booking system and our class booking apps on your mobile devices - iPhone, iPad and Android.
Online booking closes four hours before the class commencement time. If you are feeling spontaneous and would like to swing by for a class at the eleventh hour, please give us a call to check on the class availability before making your way to the studio.
- For private session bookings, check our private instructors’ availability under the “Private Appointments” tab, find the timeslot you will like to sign up for and proceed to send a request on our Upside Motion app. Please note that the session is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. If you would like to request for a specific instructor that isn't available on the schedule, please call or email us at email@example.com with your preferred day/time/instructor.

Can I reserve a slot first and pay on the day itself?
We strongly encourage clients to make advance bookings with a valid class pass, which can be easily purchased online. Our classes are busy, especially during peak hours and this would help avoid disappointment when the classes are fully booked.
Our online payment system is secured with a SSL certificate and payments are powered by Braintree Payments (a subsidiary of Paypal). Alternatively, we can also provide you with our DBS bank account details and you may make a online bank transfer. We can then activate your class pass and secure a class spot for you.
I'm waitlisted for a class and the status is "Waitlist Unconfirmed". What does this mean?
This means that the class you want to book is currently full and you're now on the waitlist. If some clients cancel and the available slots are released, your name will be moved up and the status will be changed to "Waitlist Confirmed."
