Melanie has been exposed to fitness from a very young age as both her parents were sports professionals. After exploring different fields of exercise, Melanie discovered pilates while recovering from a lower back injury in 2009 and hasn't looked back since. Through her pilates career, she gets the opportunity to meet many amazing people and get a great deal of satisfaction from helping them achieve their fitness goals. Melanie has a positive outlook on life and swears that exercise is the best form of therapy. Her second passion is cooking so she'll be happy to discuss recipes and share healthy cooking tips with you.
