Originally from the UK, Tracey discovered Pilates to help strengthen her body before undergoing spinal surgery. She is certified by Body Control Pilates (UK) in Matwork, with further qualifications in Intermediate Mat, Pre- and Post-Natal Pilates, Bone Health (Osteopenia and Osteoporosis), Foam Roller and Band. Tracey has also attended courses to enable her to adapt and create exercises to fit specific needs of clients. Her main area of interest is in the use of Pilates in the prevention and management of Low Back Pain. She is a specialist BackCare Professional having completed Body Control Pilates Low Back Pain certification.
Tracey is also a Stott Pilates trained Mat and Reformer teacher and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
