This restorative workshop will take you through a self-care flow designed to relax and rejuvenate your body. Special attention will be paid to building body awareness, and circulating synovial fluid through the neck, shoulders, hips and spine to better cushion and lubricate your joints. Prepare to unwind, relieve tension, and learn how to take stress off your body.
*Pre-requisite of a minimum of 2 Aerial Beginner classes or prior approval from instructor.
