Do you cancel classes?
We require a minimum of 3 pax to start a group class. Classes that do not meet the required attendees two-hours prior to the class commencement time may be cancelled. In the event that the class that you are registered for is cancelled, you will be notified via phone-call or text message. Please ensure that you have the correct contact number on our records to reach you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Respecting the policy respects our teachers' time, and allows others to take your spot in the class. Like you, we hate policies but we value respect more. We have a limited number of class spots. If you cancel at the last minute, that's a spot that could've gone to someone else. We know plans change sometimes and we are happy to accommodate amendments, but we simply ask that you cancel your space 24 hours in advance for private appointments and 12 hours in advance for group classes via the online booking system or mobile app without penalty. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window, that class will still be deducted from your class pass.
Class bookings can be made and canceled via our Upside Motion App, website, phone, email or SMS. Bookings and cancellations are not accepted via social media.
What if I didn't give enough cancellation notice?
If you cancel a class out of the cancellation window, a session credit will be deducted from your class pass. Likewise if you decide not to show up. We call this a charge to motivate attendance, which is the kind of tough love we give to you.
Do you waive cancellation charges?
We do not waive cancellation fees. That's why they are called motivational charges. If you schedule your workouts on your calendar ahead of time that will ensure you follow through on all of those good intentions you had when you scheduled your sessions at the beginning of the week. Xtend Barre and Pilates Mat classes could be waived with 450 Upsider Points on our Perkville Loyalty Programme.
