I’m very inflexible. Is Yoga suitable for me?

Flexibility is the result of regular stretching, not a pre-requisite for it. We conduct Yoga Beginners, which is suitable for all who are keen to learn the basics of yoga, where strengthening and stretching are as important as the correct breathing techniques. If you enjoy a dynamic class, give Yoga Vinyasa a try and flow from pose to pose. It is advisable that you have a good understanding of the basic Yoga poses so you can appreciate the pace of our Vinyasa class, where the focus is the flow of energy versus alignment adjustments.
