Christina specialises in athletic conditioning, post-rehab fitness, and special populations. She was introduced to Pilates when she was working in a physiotherapy clinic as a rehabilitation trainer. As a multi-sports, and strength and conditioning coach, she is familiar with the injuries that sports and lifestyle habits can cause. She took the STOTT PILATES qualifications a few years ago and has been enjoying instructing Pilates ever since.

Christina is a certified STOTTS Pilates Matwork and Reformer Instructor.
