Cindia discovered Aerial while looking for a way to relieve stress and to help with the recovery from two slipped discs in her neck. Since leaving her hectic management consulting lifestyle, she became a certified Antigravity instructor and now focuses on bringing her clients to new heights.
Cindia has also practiced yoga for years and has a passion for anything that lets her dance or fly, including pole dancing, zumba and other aerial arts. Aerial gave her the freedom and confidence she was looking for and she believes in helping clients achieve tricks they never imagined they could do in the air.
