An abs and glutes kind of girl, Jules loves side laying legs on the mat, planks and piles and lunges on the reformer, adding props and Thera bands to barre piles for the added fun and challenge.

Passionate about transforming people's lives, Julia pursued her bachelor's degree in Health Studies & Public Health Education and later on, deepened her Pilates practice and took a leap to become a Pilates instructor in 2016. Her love for teaching a better fitness class led her to take up Barre teacher training in 2017 and 200 RYT Pyramid Yogshala in India in 2018. Just recently, Julia earned her certification in Clinical Pilates Full Equipment from Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). Besides her expertise in clinical injury rehabilitation, you can expect nothing less than a super fun & upbeat class that make you sweat and shake.

Julia is a fully-certified Studio Pilates instructor, specialising in clinical injury rehabilitation. She is available for private & group Pilates classes.
