Lynda is an ardent sportswoman having been actively windsurfing the seas for more than a decade. She is also a champion triathlete with the completion of 2 full marathons and 2 triathlons a few years ago. The aggressive nature of the sports that she took part in over the years revealed a softer, calmer side to her when she was introduced to the art of Pilates just about the time that she first windsurfed. Pilates is her Yin, windsurfing is her Yang and it is safe to say that she has found the perfect combination to challenge her body endurance physically and mentally.

Lynda yearns for her clients to achieve their fitness goals, to have them to be acutely aware of their own bodies and alignment and continually use the skills learnt through Pilates in their daily activities and also to prepare for other challenging sports. Lynda strongly believes that deliberate and steady progress is the key to a healthy, toned and flexible body.

Lynda is available for both group & private Pilates sessions.
