With a big passion for modern dance, Mirna studied jazz and hip hop for 10 years and later used her knowledge to teach modern dance for adults during her college years. Besides being a fabulous Modern and Latin Dancer, Mirna is a certified Ashtanga Yoga, Aerial, Xtend Barre, and STOTTS Pilates Matwork and Reformer Instructor. She's also trained in rehab and functional, myofascial release and dumbbell metabolic.

Mirna's teaching technique is enriched with her different expertise, and she enjoys making the class fun and interactive with different movement elements. Born in Italy, Mirna moved to sunny Singapore from Dublin with her husband and is excited to share her joy for movement at Upside Motion.
