Nicole learnt ballet at the age of 6 at the Singapore Ballet Academy and fell in love with dance ever since. She picked up modern and tap dance along the way and explored other forms of dance through school.
After taking a 7-year break from dance, she was looking for an outlet to keep fit and heard about Barre. Xtend Barre to her felt the closest to a ballet class.

She believes that Xtend Barre is a great way for women to tone up and become stronger. She hopes to share this workout with other dance lovers and anyone just looking to get fit!

Nicole is a certified Xtend Barre instructor.
