After more than 20 years of battling against narcolepsy, Ryan decided to take a stand and improve his condition through physical fitness and mental wellness rather than succumb to a lifetime of medication. Seeing the incredible improvement of his condition, he turned his passion for fitness into his career. Since then, Ryan has never looked back and his passion for movement and health has only been growing stronger. Along his path of learning, he became a certified Aerial instructor in 2016. With over 8 years of experience as a fitness educator, personal and group exercise trainer, Ryan strives to be an inspiration for everyone around him to lead their best possible lives through physical and mental growth.
