As a lover of movement, Susan was once a cheerleader, having participated in various group competitions during her university years. She was also trained in Latino American dancing for three years. The tight schedule of her full-time job, however, put a pause on her intense training. She then started practicing Yoga since 2010. Yoga has been dramatically helpful in relieving the work stress and bringing her the inner peace. It also has tremendously improved her issues with spinal curvatures and body alignment.

Her Xtend Barre journey, on the other hand, began 5 years ago. Xtend Barre, to Susan, is fun, energetic and dance-amplified, which is exactly like herself! It sculpts her body in a highly efficient way that she has never experienced before. She has since obtained her instructor certification and started imparting her Barre passion to many others years ago. She has attended workshops twice with Xtend Barre founder Andrea Rogers, and been traveling around the world to research on different barre programs in New York, Paris and San Francisco. She is now excited to set the barre high in Singapore!

Susan is a certified Polestar Pilates Anatomy, Xtend Barre and TRX instructor.
