Sleeping for 14 hours straight.

After a back injury sustained at a dance rehearsal, Tabitha was forced to place her dancing days on hold. During this time, she was exposed to Pilates as a form of rehabilitation, and also learnt more about how to strengthen mobile joints to prevent injuries.
In spite of this setback, Tabitha was determined to get back into ballet. She discovered Xtend Barre and with just one class, she was hooked! Ever since, Xtend Barre has helped her regain the strength and stamina required for ballet. She is excited to spread the Xtend Barre joy to everyone!

Tabitha is a certified Pilates Matwork, Xtend Barre and Progressive Ballet Technique Instructor.
