Since Yuki was a child, she engaged in many sports such as skiing, Golf, basketball and Kendo. But due to her scoliosis and heavy imbalance while training for marathons and triathlons, it caused massive pain on her lower back, knees and ankles. Since discovering Pilates, everything changed. For the first time, Yuki learned how to move her body correctly and effectively. Her constant pain from scoliosis has since disappeared.

Before moving to Singapore, Yuki taught Pilates in Tokyo. Yuki believes that understanding your own body and using it most efficiently will give us the best comfort, leading to a happier healthier life.

Yuki is a fully-certified BASI instructor with an advanced certification in Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies. She is available for private Pilates sessions in English & Japanese.
