Zoanne was never a fan of workout until she first chanced upon Pilates method two years ago at Upside Motion. Due to her job nature, Zoanne was confined to an erratic sleeping pattern, which caused her chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic body aches. Practicing Pilates helps alleviate her body pain and muscular aches, thus energizing her body. It breathes life into her overall well-being! Zoanne fell in love in a heartbeat and has been committing to the practice ever since.
Being certified as an instructor recently is Zoanne's first milestone in the world of Pilates. She is deeply fascinated by the versatility of Pilates principles coupled with the endless possibility of exercise modifications that Pilates equipment like Reformer provides.
Zoanne is a certified STOTTS Pilates Matwork and Reformer Instructor.
