Strengthen your core and arm muscles in this workshop designed to help you lift, flip, and hoist yourself in mid-air. Defying Gravity will help you learn proper muscle engagement from the tips of fingers to your toes, helping you leverage your center of gravity up, over, and through any obstacles. Feel free to expand your aerial practice and seek new heights in the air.
*Pre-requisites of a minimum of 5 Aerial Power Stretch classes attended or prior approval from instructor.
