For experienced level students who wish to vary and deepen their Pilates practice. This dynamic 55-mins class incorporates different equipment into your workout - Reformer, Chair, and Tower - to help you lengthen, straighten, and align your body, while simultaneously strengthening your core. You will rotate from the roster of exercises that allow you to probe deeper into your body and take your Pilates practice to the next level. You'll leave feeling invigorated and refreshed, and ready to take on whatever challenges life throws you!
