Upside Motion x ClassPass Sip Swim Stretch at W Singapore Sentosa Cove

Join us for an evening of sunset revelry and poolside tipples for Sip Swim Stretch! In a collaboration with ClassPass & W Singapore, Upside Motion takes to WET® with two moderate-intensity classes fit for all. Unwind with Sundown Pilates at 5pm as Patricia guides you in reconnecting with your body and mind, relieving stress and anxiety accumulated throughout the week. Following that, join Portia in Xtend The Night at 6.30pm, a 50-minute Xtend Barre workout featuring the highly addictive exercise that combines ballet and Pilates techniques into a fast-paced cardio activity that targets small muscle groups. Sip your boozy treats and soak up the sun as you lounge on the WET® Deck, or break it down in WET® to pulsating beats from the poolside DJ booth!

Head to the bar for some uniquely crafted Citrus, Passionfruit, Blinker and Elderflower Rickey Jim Beam® High balls, or an ice-cold can of locally-brewed Tiger Beer. Sip your boozy treats and soak up the sun as you lounge on the WET® Deck, or break it down in WET® to pulsating beats from the poolside DJ booth.

Reconnect with your body and soul at Sundown Pilates led by Patricia. A moderate-intensity workout that will take away your mind from a busy week.

Xtend The Night
6.30PM - 7.30PM
This highly addictive workout combines ballet and Pilates techniques into a fast-paced cardio activity that target small muscle groups. Join the barre movement with Portia!

3) Select City Hall studio location, and book yourself in "Sundown Pilates or Xtend The Night " class on Saturday, 28 September 2019.

Notes for Attendees

Mats are provided. Wear close-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Non-slip socks, studio wraps or ballerina shoes are recommended when attending Xtend Barre classes, but not required for the event. For complimentary car entry - please flash event poster on our Upside Motion app.
