Aerial Accelerator Workshop | #3 Core and Conditioning


In this workshop you will ignite your core, get strong and find balance in body and mind...all while balancing in and out of the hammock. Expect to acquaint yourself with muscles you never knew you had and leave feeling invigorated and walking tall. Options will be offered as confidence in the hammock grows. However, this workshop is not appropriate for first time flyers. Take at least 3-5 beginners aerial yoga classes first to be able to invert with the hammock at the sacrum with minimal instruction.
