Backaches and stiffness are common complaints these days from poor postural habits, many formed while seated for long hours at work or living in high heels. In this first-ever Upside Motion Yoga and Aerial workshop, you will learn myofascial release techniques before performing yoga and aerial exercises to decompress your spine and feel happily stretched out.

Pre-requisite: Aerial Beginners experience.
