We provide both Pilates Mat and Reformer group classes. Both disciplines of Pilates emphasise body alignment, core exercises, and breathing techniques.

Pilates Roll & Release

Trigger points are sore spots that form within muscles or tendons. Foam rolling is a way of massaging away muscle soreness in trigger points and preparing your muscles for deeper stretching. Using the foam roller and lacrosse ball to loosen the tension in your muscles provides an excellent way of obtaining the benefits of self-myofascial release.

Pilates Power Fusion

If you are looking for a challenge, this is the class to push your limits. Power Fusion is a Pilates-based mat class that blends classical Pilates exercises with other full-body, muscle-burning movements. This class is not your average Pilates class, so be prepared to sweat, move and tone your entire body.

The Reformer’s multi-functional structure and adjustable controls make it a magic machine for anyone and everyone. On one hand, it supports rehabilitative exercises, for those recovering from sports injuries. On the other hand, it also provides the optimal targeted resistance for strength training, for those seeking that extra calorie burn.

Upside Motion Pilates Reformer

Reformer Fundamental

A prerequisite for those who have never taken a Reformer class and who intend to take any of the reformer-based classes. This class orients the student to the Reformer equipment and his/her personal settings. It also introduces students to the basic principles of Pilates including breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapular movement, head and cervical spine placement. Get acquainted with the fundamentals of the Pilates method and you'll be feeling and seeing the difference in no time!

Upside Motion Pilates Reformer Dynamic Flow

Reformer Dynamic Flow

Be prepared to up the ante as we work to increase your core strength, flexibility, and muscle tone with more complex techniques. Based on the solid fundamentals you have built up in Fundamental classes, this class will lead you to the next level, being able to better understand your body and control your movements with greater awareness.

*At least 5 Reformer Fundamental classes are required. Not recommended for prenatal clients.

Pilates Reformer Cardio Sculpt

Reformer Cardio Sculpt

This class is a great way to get your cardio workout in while having fun! This 50-minute class will instantly sculpt your legs, arms, core muscles and improve your stability and strength while minimising joint impact.

The spring resistance of the Reformer along with the resilient properties of the Cardio-Tramp combined will create lean, toned muscles and help you move with grace and agility.

*At least 5 Reformer Dynamic Flow classes are required. Not recommended for prenatal clients and new moms and clients with back, knee, or ankle injuries.
